The Deepavali Edit

The Deepavali Edit is a small curation of Kanchipuram silk sarees and Kanchi cottons chosen for Deepavali (Diwali): warm reds and maroons, temple golds, festive greens and deep wines, with zari that catches the lamp light.

How to choose

For the Lakshmi pooja and family visits, a feather-light kattam, butta or vaira oosi silk in a bright tone is easy to wear through a long day. For the early morning oil bath and pooja, a Kanchi cotton with a zari border is light and comfortable.

Styling

Antique gold jhumkas, a short necklace, glass bangles and fresh jasmine.

Quality

Silks are handwoven pure Kanchipuram silk with pure zari, Silk Mark certified. Cottons are handwoven Kanchi cotton from our Ayraa Nithya range. Every saree is inspected before dispatch.
