At Ayraa Silks, every saree is carefully curated and inspected before dispatch, ensuring you receive only the finest quality. As each piece is exclusive and selected with intention, we follow a no return and no exchange policy.
In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Approval of any return or exchange rests solely with Ayraa Silks.
If a request is approved
- The Saree Must Be Unused, Unwashed, And In Original Condition
- Original Packaging Must Be Intact
- Return Shipment Must Be Sent Via A Reliable Courier Service
- Responsibility For Safe Delivery Lies With The Customer
In cases where there is no fault from our end,
Return Shipping Charges Will Be Borne By The Customer.
Refunds & exchange
- Refunds Will Be Processed Within 5–7 Business Days
- Amount Will Be Credited To The Original Payment Method
- Exchange (If Applicable) Will Be Provided Only Once

Post-delivery responsibility
We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to:
- Improper Handling
- Stains, Rain, Or External Exposure
- Normal Wear And Tear
- Incorrect Washing Or Storage
Handloom characteristics
Each Ayraa saree is a reflection of traditional craftsmanship, woven by skilled artisans.
Slight variations are natural — and part of what makes each piece unique.
Subtle variations may include
- Small Knots Or Thread Joins where yarn is pieced together
- Minor Irregularities In Weave Or Texture
- Slubs (Tiny Thread Clusters)
- Minute Gaps Or Fine Lines in the saree body or motifs
- Slight Variations In Borders Or Motif Alignment
- Fine Thread Gaps Or Overlaps, especially near zari
In certain cases, dyed threads may run alongside zari, creating a soft colour interplay.
This is a natural outcome of the weaving process and not a defect.
Colour representation
We photograph every saree under neutral lighting to represent its tone as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Lighting Conditions
- Fabric Texture And Weave
- Screen Or Device Settings
For example, the blend of two hues may appear as a different shade under varying conditions.

Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation, as each saree is reserved and processed with care.
