A mustard yellow handwoven Kanchi cotton saree with Ganga Jamuna borders — rani pink on one side, purple on the other, both in gold zari with elephants, peacocks and floral roundels — with purple buttas across the body and a running blouse in the same mustard. Woven in 100% pure cotton with a Kanchipuram-style border in zari, it is light and breathable, suits all body types and is right for office days, temple visits, poojas and festive daytime wear. It comes with an unstitched running blouse piece; dry clean the first wash, then hand wash gently in cold water.

Handwoven in 100% pure cotton — light enough for a full working day, finished enough for a temple morning or a festive lunch. The matching blouse comes with it. Dry clean the first wash, then a gentle cold hand wash.

Ganga Jamuna — a saree woven with two different coloured borders, one on each side, named after the meeting of the Ganga and the Yamuna. Here one border is rani pink and the other is purple, both carrying the same zari work. Draped, it means the border at your pleats and the border at your pallu edge read differently.

Yaanai and Mayil — the Tamil words for elephant and peacock, two of the oldest motifs in South Indian weaving. Along this border they alternate with large floral roundels, all in zari.

Butta — a small woven motif repeated across the body of the saree. The purple buttas here are woven into the cloth in thread on the loom, not printed or embroidered on afterwards.

Running blouse — the blouse piece is woven as part of the saree, in the same mustard yellow as the body and carrying the same zari borders. It is unstitched, so it can be tailored to your measurements.
